  About a year ago this McDonald's made changes to infrastructure so as to have an additional entry that allows customers to drive straight into the Drive-thru from Guildford Rd. I addressed the Owner/Manager about safety concerns I and others have. He was unconcerned and treated me with disdain. As I left I waved my hand over my shoulder and said, "Whatever." To which he replied, "I'm sick of this!" He then followed me into the carpark and tried to engage me in physical altercation. I defended myself. Unable to get access to my car, as he was standing between it and myself, I should have knocked him to the grounds, as I could have, but in the interests of doing the right thing (morally and legally) I did not. I was then contacted McDonald's Lawyers so they would be proceeding with Legal Action. I told them, "Bring it!" They dropped any course of action they may have been considering, probably due to revision of the Security footage.

  I was very impressed with the multicultural staff and service. Counter staff were helpful in explaining what was in the the meal I planned to order.Thankyou!
